Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics & Periodontics
Amardip is a General Dental Council registered Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Periodontics. He is trained to deal with the most complex of cases spanning a variety of disciplines including dental implant treatment, replacing and restoring teeth, gum treatment and root canal treatment.
He is now working as Consultant & Lead in Restorative Dentistry at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. He is also the lead for adult restorative dentistry for cleft lip and palate patients in the East of England.
Amardip has published numerous scientific research papers, has presented his work at international conferences and is a former council member of the British Society for Restorative Dentistry with experience in medico-legal work. He spends a lot of time teaching and examining at a postgraduate level.
Amardip has won numerous prizes from specialist dental societies and completed his 5 year full time Speciality Registrar Training post in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2019. He has gained specialist level training in Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Endodontics. During this time he also completed a Masters in Conservative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute, part of University College London.
Prior to this he had built broad experience across a number of dental practices and hospitals and completed his Membership Examinations at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and England.
Amardip graduated with honours from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010. Previous to this he had gained a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Sheffield.
In his free time Amardip enjoys spending time with his family and gardening.
