Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics & Periodontics
Following this he undertook three years of Senior House Officer positions in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, Restorative Dentistry and general dentistry at the John Radcliffe, Royal Berkshire, Royal London and Eastman Dental Hospitals. During this time he completed his Membership Examinations at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and England.
After some time in practice in Chessington, he returned to the Eastman Dental Hospital to complete a 5 year full time Speciality Registrar Training post in Restorative Dentistry in order to work as a Hospital Consultant. He has gained specialist level training in Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Endodontics. During this time he also completed a Masters in Conservative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute, part of University College London. He is now working as Consultant & Lead in Restorative Dentistry at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. He is also the lead for adult restorative dentistry for cleft lip and palate patients in the East of England. He spends the majority of his time working in private practice in Woking in Surrey.
Amardip is a General Dental Council registered Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Periodontics. He is trained to deal with the most complex of cases spanning a variety of disciplines with a focus on multi-disciplinary team work with other specialist colleagues.
Amardip spends a portion of his week teaching in a variety of formats and locations. He has published over twelve scientific research papers, has presented his work at international conferences and is a former council member of the British Society for Restorative Dentistry with experience in medico-legal work.
